Limited Warranty
Fire Seating, Inc., warrants to the original purchaser ("Purchaser") the manufacture of all products ("Products") to be free from defects in material and workmanship for ten years to the original Purchaser under normal use and service. This warranty does not include upholstery or metal finishes nor damages that result from neglect, accident, intentional misuse, acts of nature, normal wear and tear, exposure to extremes in temperature or humidity, immersion in water, fading or variations in color or finish over time, scratches, blemishes, minor variations in size, unauthorized repair, alteration, abuse, or misuse of the Product.
The obligation of Fire Seating, Inc., under this warranty is limited at the option of Fire Seating, Inc., to repair or replace Product with one of equal or similar type and quality if to the satisfaction of Fire Seating, Inc., the Products as manufactured prove defective under normal use and service. Repairs or replacement under this warranty will be made by Fire Seating, Inc., or anyone Fire Seating, Inc., in its sole discretion, authorizes, at no charge to the Purchaser.
If return to the factory is necessary, packing and shipping costs to the factory will be charged to the Purchaser. Return shipping will be freight prepaid to the dealer making the recommendation. All costs for delivery from the Purchaser to the dealer and for any delivery to the Purchaser from the dealer shall be paid by the Purchaser.
IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES TO THE MERCHANTABILITY OR AS TO THE FITNESS AS TO ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OTHERWISE WHICH WILL EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION FACT HEREOF AND FIRE SEATING, INC., SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OR THE FACT HEREOF DIRECTLY OR THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATIONS OR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND THERE MAY BE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
